Please join us in Chapel at 3.30pm for a presentation about Elizabethan music, before the performance at 4.00pm of ‘The Queen’s Delight’ by Chordophony, featuring Lynda Sayce (director, treble lute), Richard MacKenzie (alto lute), Jamie Akers (tenor lute) and Matthew Nisbet (bass lute). 

The programme of Elizabethan music will include works by John Dowland, John Johnson, Richard Allison and William Byrd.

This campaign event is open to all alumni and will be followed by a drinks reception from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Tickets are free, but guests will be welcome to make a voluntary contribution to support the event on the day. To book, please contact events@jesus.ox.ac.uk
