Throughout the first COVID-19 lockdown, beginning in March 2020, Bev used her daily walks to explore and photograph Oxford as it had probably never been seen before, or will again.
As the lockdown progressed, and she and Nigel remained in ‘splendid isolation’ in the Principal’s Lodgings, Bev turned her attention inwards to exploring the uncannily quiet College, camera in hand.
A year on, Bev has selected twelve images and developed them into a set of limited edition prints to commemorate Jesus College’s 450th Anniversary year. Each image captures, at a unique time in our College’s story, a detail intended to evoke memories and to celebrate the timeless beauty of a special place.
The twelve prints are designed to work singly, or to ‘mix and match’ in sets of two, three, four, six and so on, as in the collage below, according to preference.
