New College Greek Drama Festival

We invite you to come and enjoy an afternoon and evening of Greek tragedy and comedy. Two plays are being performed as part of the New College Greek Drama Festival, which runs from 30 May to 2 June. On Saturday 2 June, there will be a drinks reception and buffet for Old Members and their guests in between the two plays.

Timings:
3.00pm:   Sophocles' 'Oedipus at Colonus', directed by David Raeburn
                 in the Warden's Garden
6.00pm:   Drinks and buffet supper in the main college garden by the Mound
8.00pm:   Aristophanes' 'Birds' directed by Catherine Dimitroff in the New College Cloisters
10.00pm: Comedy finishes.

There is limited parking available in College but our Porters' will endeavour to accommodate you in College or at the Sports Ground. Preference will be given to those with mobility problems.
