Chef's Allergen's Form

Please note

While we do our best to meet individual needs, we do use allergens throughout the kitchen: many of our ingredients are labelled by the manufacturer/processor as ‘may contain traces of….’

We do not have a separate guaranteed allergen free preparation area or dedicated utensils, pot and plate washing facilities or separate preparation staff.

Where you have the opportunity to serve yourself (usually at breakfast and lunch) please be aware that serving utensils may be transferred from one dish to another. It is also possible that allergens may fall off one food onto another (nuts and seeds from bread for example).

Please ask serving staff for clarification that your food is safe before you start eating.
