Hertford Society Summer Lunch
Date: Saturday, 13 September 2025
Location: Hertford College, Catte Street, Oxford, OX1 3BW
Dress code: smart casual or lounge suit.
All College alumni and their guests are welcome to attend. If you would like to bring more than one guest, please contact the Development Office directly and they will organise your registration.
The deadline for registering your place is Thursday 4 September 2025 at 9am and cancellations after this date will be non-refundable.
Schedule:
12:30pm: Drinks in Chapel or outside if weather is suitable.
13:15pm: Buffet Lunch in Hall
15:15pm: End
NB: Just before the lunch, at 12 noon, the Hertford Society will hold its Annual General Meeting, open to all Society members. Details of the AGM will be sent to members in due course.

If you are attending with a guest, please ensure that you choose the relevant ticket option and enter 1 in the ticket drop down quantity. This will book a joint ticket for you and your guest. On the next page you will be prompted to enter the details for Attendee 1, where you should opt for myself in the drop down box. Your details will then neatly sync to your profile on our database. For Attendee 2, please opt for new individual from the drop down box and then enter the details of your guest, including any dietary requirements.
If you are attending the event without a guest, please choose the relevant ticket option and enter 1 in the ticket drop down quantity. On the next page you will be prompted to enter your details. Please opt for myself so that your details sync to your profile on our database.
