‘As ever at Balliol, the summer rarely means rest and relaxation for the College and its staff! Our Housekeeping Team are always moving at full speed; when they’re not helping to deliver the busy conferencing business, they are working to deep clean and improve the bedrooms at our three sites - Broad Street, Holywell Manor and the Dervorguilla site. It’s always so pleasing to have everything looking shiny and inviting for our Freshers and returning students, and our Scouts take real pride in that. Often flying under the radar, this busy team is vital to Balliol being able to function so smoothly and to the standard we, our students, Fellows, Old Members and guests can all be proud of – thank you!’
