News and updates from Balliol College

October 2018

'The atmosphere here at Balliol has been accepting and welcoming from my very first day. Three weeks have passed since the beginning of my journey at Oxford, but I already feel like I have a family and home at Holywell Manor. The MCR put on a marvellous display of what Balliol has to offer socially during Freshers' Week, and I have found my peers to be both inspiring and supportive. It is a true privilege to be part of such a community.'
Ashna Patel (2018), DPhil Interdisciplinary Bioscience
