News and updates from Balliol College

January 2018

'It’s a Thursday in Hilary Term and I have just finished my work for the evening. Today has been super busy with labs, lectures, tutes and meetings – as the JCR VP, I’ve recently learnt how much the College does behind the scenes for us students! I’m tired but I feel a sense of accomplishment. I am now staring out the window, thoughtfully munching on a biscuit and wondering why about 100 people are walking down Jowett Walk whilst playing bagpipes . . . Only in Oxford - it’s good to be back!'
Charlotte Lee (2016), BA Medical Sciences
